Bernardo builds products end to end.
Founder and product engineer
I build products and own the work from the first customer conversation through design, engineering and getting it into people’s hands.
I started as a , and two years later co-founded . As a founder I sold the work, looked after our customers and built a fifteen-person engineering team shipping apps for financial services.
Then came close to a decade in banking technology, at , and . I worked in the space between the engineers and the customer: a mobile banking SDK that more than thirty banks adopted, digital-banking architecture, and the prototypes and technical validation that help a bank make up its mind.
At I became VP of Solutions Engineering. We took proofs of concept from twelve weeks to two, and I owned a company-wide rebrand and go-to-market relaunch.
Then I went back to building with my own hands. At I led AI engineering, built the first version of its receipt-extraction and reconciliation system, and helped take it to Demo Day and its first customers. At I built production regulation-comparison agents that helped a global fintech cut its analysis from four months to three weeks.
Since February 2026 I’ve been building three products of my own, at :
Arclane
A career coach that remembers.
Flairy
Stories in your family’s languages.
Questzord
Real life, levelled up.
All three are still in development. I’m doing the work end to end: defining the problems, designing the experiences, building the systems and getting them ready for release.
I’ll write here about building products and AI systems: the decisions, the trade-offs, the things that broke.
